Bruce was great to work with! I had a leaky water heater and gave him a call on referral from a friend. He was very helpful over the phone and was able to diagnose my issue from talking with him and sending him a few pictures from my phone. This is a service that many other companies wouldn't even consider and and wanted me to pay a fee to have their tech even come take a look at my issue.
