This is a terrible company!!! They took advantage of my 93 year old aunt!!! They took her $475.00, but never did the work and then she could never get ahold of them! It's the lowest of the low that takes advantage of a 93 year old woman!!!!
Tried to take advantage of us! Told us $2,500!!! But my husband did the research the pump cost us $300. The tech that came out cut our tank alarm cord trying to convince us that it was necessary...it was not! We just wanted the pump replaced. The alarm is whole other entity. Left us with our pump sitting in the yard, smelling and us driving to my mom's to shower and thank God for our neighbors letting us use their bathroom.
