Very disappointing experience. We asked Darryn for a quote to replace a sink in our laundry. He came out, we went through the job in detail, and agreed that we would send him a drawing of the cabinet that needed to be installed. He said he would send us a quote once he received it. After nearly a week of hearing nothing, we had to chase him up ourselves. When the quote finally arrived, it was incomplete and missing several items that had been discussed.
