I went in looking for some parts. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable guys. Fair prices too.
Bought a shower cartridge from them. I literally brought in the exact pieces I needed… and he brought me a different cartridge and said mine was a Chinese knock off….. guess whose piece didn’t fit ? Unbelievable. Can’t get better than the customer bringing in the exact part and they still screwed me. $40 down the drain…. Not happy.
I was talked to VERY rudely by one of the employees at this store. I am not going to waste my time going into specifics because quite obviously, they don't give a toss about all the bad reviews because the very numerous reviews about being rude to customers goes back a year and more and they are being posted still to this day. Good luck running your business in this bad economy and making it worse by losing customers due to your disgusting rudeness, bad customer treatment. I wish i could leave a ZERO.
I was rudely cut off mid sentence on the phone and was told that he didn't have time to talk to me on the phone because he was busy with another customer. Thanks, that was a favor actually, it said a lot about what kind of business this is... RUDE. Never going there again.
