Bought a shower head with rain shower and wand. Not even a year later and the wand does not switch between settings. I was assured that when I bought it that this was a "premier shower head and not the garbage they sell at home depot". When I went in with the shower head thinking they would fix or offer an exchange, the guy with the glasses behind the counter said I had to pay full price and their are no guarantees. Unless you’re walking in there with at least $50,000 in your back pocket you will be ignored or just treated like dirt! They aren’t interested in helping out a diy guy or girl looking for a set of taps or a part.
Tried three hardware stores before coming here. Should’ve just come here first. They actually had what I needed and didn’t waste my time.
The sales people go the distance to help! I needed a unique drain spout in short order and they went the distance to get it for me. Thank you!!
