We are doing our 3rd bathroom reno with the help of Greg at the Plumbing Centre and have found his assistance and knowledge to be extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.
I bought a Madison tub mount fixture at The Plumbing Center. I’d never heard of this brand but they assured me it was “way better than Moen “ The cartridge needed to be replaced suddenly and the water would not stop running. I had to shut the water off to the house. I phoned 2 plumbers and they said they can’t get a part for it is a “Madison” not your user friendly Moen etc. Home Depot and other plumbing stores did not carry the part either . The Plumbing center ordered the cartridge. Two weeks later I am still waiting. Ends... read more
Bought a shower head with rain shower and wand. Not even a year later and the wand does not switch between settings. I was assured that when I bought it that this was a "premier shower head and not the garbage they sell at home depot". When I went in with the shower head thinking they would fix or offer an exchange, the guy with the glasses behind the counter said I had to pay full price and their are no guarantees.
