Paul and team fitted a new boiler for me in January . Paul had an old - school work ethic of being reliable , keeping you informed , going above and beyond with customer care . There was a slight problem after my new boiler installation meaning I couldn’t use it and freezing weather was predicted . Paul was there within a few hours to remedy on a Saturday evening . Thank you Paul and team . After some shoddy plumbing work you’ve restored my faith !
Update: your response is risible. I know you didn't fit the boiler. HOWEVER your operatives missed the fact that the flue hadn't been sealed. Good job an operative from another firm did. One star is one star too many. Incompetent. 3 annual boiler checks in 2018, 2019 and 2021. All 3 missed the fact that the flue hadn't been sealed. Not good enough. Am considering contacting Gas Safe.
EDIT : A year after I placed this review criticising their lack ofkeeping to promised time scales the company responded to my review. Kind of makes my point for me.....terrible customer service. ORIGINAL : Called on Sunday morning for leaking sink. Call handler said they would have the on call plumber call me as soon as possible. 2 hours later, no response, despite website claiming a 60 min response time.
