We discovered water in the catch tray of our recently installed water heater. Alvictor from Plumbing Care Inc was our plumber. He checked everything and couldn't figure our why there was standing water. He used his shopvac to clear the water. He reminded us that there is a 1 year warranty on labor and 12 yrs on the water heater. Who guarantees there work for 1 year? I am very happy with Plumbing Care Inc and a big shout out to Alvictor!

Plumbing Care Inc. first came out to my home to confirm my suspicion that my A.O. Smith "industrial" size water heater, which was nine years old, was on its last legs. Lots of loud bangs were emanating from it. Alex confirmed it was, and taught me how to disable it and turn the gas off to the water heater while I was away for the holidays.
