My expectations and experience couldn't have been any more pleasant. I called on a whim to get my toilet unclogged after 2 weeks and a couple of plungers later, my toilet was still clogged. I called at 12:27pm @ 1:00 pm Alema arrive and by 1:30 PM services were rendered. That included an overview, possible options, and pricing. They have my business and recommendations.
