This is over a year ago, sorry for delay, I saw a truck 2 houses down and asked if they could look at my clogged drain in my back yard, The young man tried but, could not clear it. He was very nice. He then said they could probably come back with equipment that should clean it for around $400. Called the office to schedule and she said it would cost $800-900. No mention of time spent. We had a plumbing emergency when a shower fixture failed and the water would not shut off. Kirk from Plumbing by Kirk went above and beyond by personally helping us over FaceTime, walking us through the steps to safely isolate the issue and stop the water flow until a permanent repair could be made. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time. Kirk is AWESOME! I had a pretty small leak on my toilet shut off after I installed a new one. He walked me through on where and how to get and use a puller for the brass conical seal on the copper pipe coming out of the wall which btw worked perfectly. He also recommended using pipe dope which I did as well after installing new conical brass seal. No leaks! I will definitely call him for bigger projects because guys like that you can definitely trust! Thanks again Kirk! You are the man!!!
