Kirk is an amazing guy, super honest, very knowledgeable, and brings decades of experience. He is not about money. He cares about people and is always happy to educate people about their plumbing needs and help them save money by not making the mistakes most people do. It's a blessing to have him and his amazing team helping me in the last 4 years. The office staff and the techs are very friendly and caring. They follow up and stay on top of the tasks till the job is done successfully. Highly recommend. A++++++++++++++

We just started using Plumbing by Kirk this week and have already had the pleasure of working with Peyton and Justin on a couple of occasions. Both were terrific—professional, courteous, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work. They took the time to educate us along the way, too, which we really appreciated, and their pricing is fair and transparent. Everything was left clean and tidy after each visit. Water heater went out on a Sunday and these guy coached me through the next steps to make sure my garage would not flood over the phone, Kirk even Facetimes me himself to make sure I was doing everything right. After that they had someone out the Monday morning to replace and hall away the old one, showed me a few things about maintain the new water heater and answered any question I had. Great service, great guys. Happy all around.
