Kirk is the Man! My bathroom sink drain was backed up and clogged. I called to see how much he would charge me to come out and clear the drain. Instead of taking the opportunity to make some quick money. He took the time out of his day to walk me through step by step over FaceTime on how to do it myself. He instructed me on how to take apart the piping under the sink and use a drain snake to clear the blockage in the pipes! This man is a rare breed who genuinely cares about helping people. I cannot recommend Kirk enough! Kirk went above and beyond helping me with plumbing advice during a really stressful situation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, pointed out what to look for, and gave me referrals to the right people so I could get my issue handled quickly and correctly. His honesty, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process so much easier. If you need someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, Kirk is the one to call. Kirk is an amazing guy, super honest, very knowledgeable, and brings decades of experience. He is not about money. He cares about people and is always happy to educate people about their plumbing needs and help them save money by not making the mistakes most people do. It's a blessing to have him and his amazing team helping me in the last 4 years. The office staff and the techs are very friendly and caring. They follow up and stay on top of the tasks till the job is done successfully. Highly recommend. A++++++++++++++
