Had a TOTO Drake installed and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I didn't catch the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she took the time to walk me through the differences between brands and explained why she'd steer me away from American Standard. This is over a year ago, sorry for delay, I saw a truck 2 houses down and asked if they could look at my clogged drain in my back yard, The young man tried but, could not clear it. He was very nice. He then said they could probably come back with equipment that should clean it for around $400. Called the office to schedule and she said it would cost $800-900. No mention of time spent. We had a plumbing emergency when a shower fixture failed and the water would not shut off. Kirk from Plumbing by Kirk went above and beyond by personally helping us over FaceTime, walking us through the steps to safely isolate the issue and stop the water flow until a permanent repair could be made.
