Short version: Was told $189 an hour, was charged $334 for a 40-minute auger on call. Long version: I discovered my main sewer line was backed up on a Friday at 3pm. Fisher had a guy available later that afternoon, the office told me they charged $189 an hour. (I thought about renting the machines from Home Depot but getting a scope on top of an auger would've been over $300). A nice fellow walked in at 4:26 to take a look. Wish I had read and trusted the other 1 star reviews before calling them. Had some smell the day before when temps dropped next morning it was gone. Called to come and give me a quote on cleaning out sump pump pit. I clearly asked over the phone and operator assured me there is no service call fees. Technician arrived. I pointed him to the exact location in corner where smell was coming from. He went to look at other drains and circled back to where i pointed and said that was the problem.
