Very rude. They gave me a very high price for a service. So I told them I wanted to check what other people charge. In the middle of me saying this, they hang up on me. It's just simply unprofessional. Update: They wanted to charge me $160 to come out and test the backflow preventer which is a ridiculous price. To put things in perspective I just payed $35 for the same service with "Accurate Backflow Testing Pros" And they went above and beyond what they needed to do. Ok plumbers, terrible septic installers. Their idea of standing by their work is attempting to charge an additional $12500.00 to fix the system they installed which lasted under 4 yrs. Original cost:$15000.00. Waters Septic did an amazing job!

Our garbage disposal died and was leaking badly. Rocky came out within a few hours of our call. He was very polite, professional and fast. I’ll certainly call them with my next plumbing issue.
