I had the replacement of the T-Valve in a timely manner and with punctuality.
While the initial call out and booked camera work was fast, I found that costs were not explained clearly and surprise costs (eg for the camera work and clean to assess the plumbing needs) was something which was an unexpected cost. They were very accommodating with the need to extend the payment date of that initial charge - which was very appreciated.
