I should have created a post years ago but its never too late. I ordered most of my parts from their brochure as gutted the bathrooms. It looked good when installed like any new items. However, within 2 years, the thermostat on shower stopped working. We had 3 plumbers in and couldnt get it fixed. Toilet seats started to come apart on 3 toilets. Also couldnt be fixed. I put up with it for 4 years and now regutting the bathrooms again. Lesson learnt, never to go cheap on bathroom fixtures.
Bogus company stay clear !
Do not purchase anything from this company. It is not existent and you will never get through on the phone. If you do want to be messed around always use a credit card for which after a few weeks you can get your money back. These are not reputable people and they hold no stock. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Avoid.
Good prices , delivery is a bit slow though
