The kitchen and bathroom sinks were not draining properly. They were very responsive and came out over a holiday weekend on a Sunday. Before they arrived I got an email informing me they were on their way with a photo of the technician which was very nice. John showed up early and was in-and-out in less than a hour. Fixed all my issues quickly and professionally. They even called us a few days later just to make sure that everything was going great. These are my new go to plumbers.
I hired Plumbing America to come out to my home in Seattle to check our sewer lines and take care of the repairs that needed to be done. They gave me a reasonable quote from the getgo. They came out early Sunday morning and by 2:00 pm they had ran a brand new water main line from the water meter to my house. The leak was repaired just like that.
