We were thrilled that they were able to arrive at our home the next day after we contacted for assistance. Our basement toilet had a leak, and was able to fix it far better than I could. Both his depth of knowledge and the high standard of his work were striking to say the least.

Doesn't answer their phones, must be small time flushers

They were very professional and fixed our problem the same day. I would use Plumbing Addison Texas again.

Called to ask for rates and availability and was told no one was able to come out the day of, which was not even my question...after asking my question again the receptionist rudely hung up in my face.

I called originally and set an appointment. Plumber did not show up for scheduled time. When I called the receptionist told me they didn’t have anything that day, and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The next day the plumber was a no show (TWO DAYS IN A ROW). When I called the office to find out what was going on the receptionist rudely hung up. I called again, and the receptionist put me on hold (and the hung up after about a minute). Very unreliable, and very rude.
