I would give a zero if I could. I have never received such unprofessional and overpriced service in all my life. First, they never showed for the original appointment day. Didn't tell me until 5 minutes before the window was over that they weren't going to come out and rescheduled me for tomorrow. The next day, they called me 5 minutes after my window to tell me that they were 40 minutes away. I had a really simple issue that I knew wouldn't take more than 40 minutes to fix.
