Before I proceed with what I want to say, I must admit the install was done correctly. Now for the problem: I called Plumber911 to have them install a single cartridge on one of my sink faucets. I already had one that was brand new and because one of them was leaking, I really wanted to replace them all, for a total of 4, just to be safe since the original install was done in 2012. Mr Nick Ledger (Master Plumber) and Mr Sergio Stanovski (Surge Co.) did a very PROFESSIONAL repair to my split kitchen sink drain pipe. Nick diagnosed the exact location of the problem, fixed it, WITHOUT damaging my kitchen's beautiful wood cabinets. Nick ALSO recommended Sergio for the removal of the outside siding, sheathing, and replacing the same. They were BOTH perfectly prepared with all tools and parts on their service trucks needed to complete the job. and did so quickly leaving NO TRACE of the siding being removed ... read more
