Very reliable company. Was at my location soon after I placed my call for help for my plumbing problem. The price quoted for the service was what I was told. This post was from 6 years ago. I have sent a new one in from this month which stated about the same thing. Don't know why they printed this one.
I want to commend Plumbing 911 for handling a difficult job with professionalism and competence. After requiring a Sunday service call with Josh, we realized that we actually had a much bigger problem on our hands. Our pipes actually needed to be replaced throughout the house as it had been built in 1995 using polybutylene pipes, which no longer exist for many reasons. The lady on the phone was very nice as well as Rob. It was easy, painless, and we spend orders of magnitude less than we thought we would have to. We were able to have our problem fixed within 24 hours!
They did a preliminary sewer inspection for my new property and were fast! They came back to clean what they found and were great!
