I posted earlier, the owner lied the hot water tank is only 4 yrs old, I called a different plumber and they said all it needed was cleaned, after 45 minutes the hot water tank was up and running, imagine they wanted to charge me over $2000.00 dollars to install a new hot water tank that I didn't need at all, not the kind of business I want to do business with, please look elsewhere.

I called inquiring about getting a commercial account established and the woman on the phone was very short and rude. Their website says they offer financing and Net-30 billing cycle. When I was just wanting to make her aware the website says something different she immediately hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never call them again for anything!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We were told that we had to put a credit card on file to schedule. The manager wouldn't let me conference in the out of state owner. The owner called and spoke with someone else and said she did not have to put a credit card on file schedule. 911 plumbing NEVER SHOWED UP When I called tidy, the manager still would not let me put my owner on conference. I called dealing with a crushed sewer line at one of my tenants homes. I Explained we are a large corporation and would need to set some things up for billing, but we are looking for net30 billing. Was told everything would be fine and they set the appointment. I got a phone call back stating that they do not want our business.
