Quoted me a price without coming to look at what the job required. And I was told “it’s a flat rate of $3000 for a gas hot water tank replacement”. When they got to my house to replace it they discovered it was electric. (I had owned the home for 2 days and wasn’t sure what was installed). They left, came back with an electric tank, and installed it. Then sent my invoice for $3000. I can't say enough about the folks at The Plumbineers. I have used them for years, always so great to work with, whether it's being on time, being knowledgeable, getting it done in a very timely manner or being so very reasonable with their pricing, you can not beat them. I had a late call and I heard back quickly and was set up for the next morning, it was awesome, took my worry away. Please, if you are looking for your forever plumber, make them your first and last stop.

Shame that they drive like they have an ego to fill. Why the hell would company vehicles be rolling coal and speeding to pass people. Ego drivers are a bad look on your company.
