The magnetic soap holder I bought from Plumbflex is faulty. The magnet is not strong enough to hold a bar of soap. I'm emailed Plumbflex to complain but have not had a reply. Instead I've had an email asking me to leave a review.

I ordered goods on the 09/06/2025. So far I have not received them. Worse than that PLUMBFLEX have failed to reply to any emails I have sent and they are NOT answering their phones. I'll never order anything from this so called company again. Strangely, PLUMBFLEX is not registered with companies house.
