Bernie and all of his team are always of good character, professional, and do a great job.
I would not recommend them - I received the quote from Plumbers We Are Ferny Grove to do the major plumbing work at our house which was being renovated. I was told by the Administration Staff member that the plumber will be experienced. When the plumber turned up, he did not have any identification with him. When I asked him what is his licence number, he started calling the office to find out because he did not know.
