We have used plumbers to u, for a few of our properties in Sydney. My recent experience was that they are very overpriced. I emailed customer enquiries asking for a itemised bill, an explanation and a breakdown of the charges. Received a email back, saying the breakdown given is the best they can do and that actually they believe I was undercharged and if I questioned it further, a larger bill would be emailed to me. I found this very unprofessional, will never use their service again.
