We called Plumbers New York when we needed to fix our shower and our super told us to just call a plumber on our own. James answered (he's the owner) and was able to pretty much tell us what was wrong over the phone. Then sent a tech out who fixed it in an hour. It only cost like $185 which is the initial hourly rate (most other plumbers in New York charge about $225 for first hour) so we thought it was a good deal and was fixed really fast. Thanks James!
