I got what I needed and it worked. however, the staff member I dealt with, William, was neither helpful nor friendly
Was recomended this place, told that staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately they were neither. Opted for selling me a whole new toilet seat as opposed to a spare part, a screw. Also went as far as saying that I wouldn't find this part anywhere. Got it down the road for 2pounds for 2. Poor business practice.
