Needed a small part so dropped in thinking would have to order. Correct part in stock for cheaper price than on line, and no waiting for delivery... Good service!
Excellent friendly customer service and so helpful!! Had to leave a review, everyone there were so help and having the correct items for my leaking water filter joint was fixed in 5 minutes! Instead of the hours I had tried to do it myself.....don't know why I didn't go there first :) Thank you team and Merry Christmas the lady trying to attach her new water filter
Great service, had the item I needed in stock and delivered it really quickly.
The staff here are knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and so helpful. They give great advice on the best parts and how to fit them. Their prices are very reasonable. They rightly laugh when I explain that I’m a sociologist not a plumber so I don’t necessarily know how to fix problems. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
