Horrible experience everytime I speak with the insurance department. They will give extremely rude attitudes with no shame!! They say these like “ugh” when you ask them for fax of benefits. My office dreads having to talk to these people because it’s always a bad experience. EVERYTIME!! No matter who you talk to. Someone needs to be monitoring these calls.
