"Josh (our technician) wasted no time diagnosing the problem. The big part of the problem was an out of order garbage disposal that he installed and tested. Very fast service! I highly recommend Plumbers Inc!!!".
Exactly the same scenario that happened with few people here happened with me recently. It was not my choice but my whom warranty insurance assign this company to do a job for me. There is no respect for customer time. Technician was not accurate in his diagnosis and don't pay attention to details. They assigned a technician for me who didn't respect the schedule. I had a very unfortunate and negative experience with Plumbers Incorporated and their technician, Luis Calderon. He was dispatched for a simple bathtub stoppage and proceeded to snake the piping. Immediately after he left, the bathtub began leaking from underneath, which resulted in significant flooding in our bathroom and into the side of our kitchen. Fidelity is a game changer. They are the secret sauce and the best friend a homeowner can have-especially with a mildly older home and in THIS economy.
What a waste of time. I wouldn’t give a single ounce of energy calling this company as they are extremely incompetent and inefficient. The customer service and understanding is poor (at best). They couldn’t fulfill my very basic request and did not complete the job, despite me wasting a lot of time dealing with them. I advise to stay away.
