Plumbers Inc. was assigned to me through my home warranty company after my water heater stopped working. During the inspection, the technician identified a broken internal part, even though I had already explained that the unit was making loud hammering and pounding noises whenever the water was turned on. That concern was dismissed as sediment, despite the fact that a broken part was later found inside the water heater. Keith from Plumbers Incorporated did a great job. He explained things very well and got my sink fixed very efficiently. He and his company do good work.Though they came as part of my home warranty, i would have hired them directly and paid more if I had to.
Keith was very prompt, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
Josh was amazing. He came on time, resolved the issue quickly and with great care. Also answered all my other questions patiently
Had water pipe burst and it was right before New Years so that was so stressful! My warranty company referred this company and I was so happy that they arranged Josh to come and fix on a holiday! He was very professional, efficient and found the leak quickly (whew)- fixed the problem, cleaned the site and couldn’t have had a nicer experience- honestly I don’t know why that one star review is meaning so maybe she got frustrated by mold but anyways, excellent experience here!
