They have the worst customer service. They no showed on me twice for 2 Scheduled appointments and act as if it’s your problem they can’t meet their schedule. They have no common courtesy and don’t care. They wasted my time and will waste yours. And they are rude to boot. No apology, but excuses they have. Can’t actually rate their trademaship because they never showed up and they don’t care that you sit waiting on them for hours and days.

Wow! Plumbers Inc. Was assigned to my call from my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Justin was our service person. Justin arrived within the assigned service time window. When he arrived he was dressed professionally, was reassuring and had THE BEST attitude and personality!
