My 89 year old mom had no hot water...so I called Plumbers inc this afternoon. All the techs were out on jobs but they said they'd try their best to get there. I got a call saying someone was on their way! Since I wasn't in town, I asked them to call me with an update. Soon after he arrived at my mom's house, I got a call explaining the issue ..that it was fixed, and she'd have hot water in about an hour!! Top notch service...and so friendly! I can highly recommend Plumbers Inc!! Thank you!!!
Terrible service. Can't get a service appointment, and when you do, they don't show up. Complete disregard for longstanding customers. I gave them a pass through the pandemic, but nothing's improved. I'm done working with them.
