Found their product on Amazon originally, but ordering from them directly and working with them has been much better. The owner is very responsive and knowledgeable.
Andy was very helpful, calling the manufacturer for me and solving the problem. The new part will arrive in a day.
Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond helping with a replacement from a two year old order. Though I was out a grand as I was way outside a return window, we got a different item then we ordered, but they owned up to it and sent a replacement the same day I called.
