Had them install a new gas hot water unit. Was installed without checking the cord would reach the available power outlet. Which it did not was about 100mm short. I requested that the unit be moved over so I could plug it in. The response I got was very unprofessional I was spoken over, yelled at and told it was my fault for not letting them know where the power point was. Had a repair booked and they knew they would not be able to complete the job based on photos. Rather than make everyone aware they chose to simply not show up for the appointment and then rang an hour later blaming us. When we tried to reschedule (still not know the repair could not be completed) they dodged around until finally being forced to admit they couldn't do the job. We are very impressed . We have been having problems with the kitchen drain on and off for over 18 months. They turned up on time, downloaded the schematics of the drains for our property and identified 5 blockages with their technology. The team were so respectful, explained everything and kept us informed of their progress. Excellent service, could not be happier. Well done team , from the lovely receptionist to the great team who came out to assist .Excellent….be proud of yourselves

Fantastic service! My son had a gas leak at his house. They came and explained options to him and told him they would be back today. They arrived did the jobs as required. Friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended
