I love what Bobby does, and the instructors I’ve had in the past have been amazing, especially Sean. That being said, he has some new hires that need major work. My most recent CPE was led by an instructor I’ve never seen before, and the experience was really bad. His attitude was not great, and it seemed as if he would rather be anywhere else. Class is fine if Bobby is teaching. Anyone else is hit or miss. Now AMY on the other hand, could not be a nastier woman to deal with on the phone. Extremely disrespectful, won't listen to your needs, and will blow you off before letting you speak. If I knew I had to deal with her, I would have picked a different place to spend money at.
