Zac and his team eg. Vince, are extremely helpful, nice, super efficient, punctual, and a good memory. This store is the best plumbers' store I have been to, way cheaper than Bunnings, and way way way way way cheaper than Reece, and products and much much much much much better stronger than Reece the rip you off store. Recommended.
Vince replied to my email on the same day and provided me with a detailed quotation. This was despite the fact that the items were Special Orders, and were required to be imported from South Australia. He provided EXCEPTIONAL Service !! Plumbers' Supplies Co-op had the most cost effective prices. Vince promptly answered his phone when I called to discuss the quotation. He was extremely easy to talk to and is one of the most honest people I have come across. Answered ALL of my questions.
