We dug the whole and had piping exposed prior to them arriving. They replaced about a 2 ft piece of pipe that took maybe 5 minutes and they were out of here. $450 seems a bit much for the little bit of work that had to be done.

I can’t really rate the repair as of yet. I just hopes it holds better than their price gouging. I do feel that the cost of $900 is way over charge to have to tear into a wall and fix a cracked pipe. The time it took to repair was less than 1 hour and half but that’s not worse part of this experience for me, it was the lack of communication with dealing a home owner and tenant dynamic. I had a back up in my basement bath for several days, I called 3 plumbers to come out and repair, none of them showed up. I called PlumberATL, they came out the same day and fixed the problem in an hour. This will be my go to plumber from now on Thanks again PlumberAtl! Fred
