He explained in detail all compliance requirements and costs for the job very clearly, and got to installing my new system the very same day! Tom arranged a meeting with me yesterday after l contacted him regarding my gas hot water system. I explained what l wanted and he chased up a replacement unit and accessories. He and his mate returned yesterday afternoon installed the unit and new taps etc. Explained to me what he was doing, tested and adjusted the gas flow with the other gas appliances. The installation was spot on, cleaned up the site and the final cost was quit reasonable will definitely use Tom again for any plumbing or gas issues. Alex Jones
