Took forever to send a quote. Months of asking. Then quote was not written correctly for scope of works as asked. Delayed insurance payout. No urgency or replies are super slow or ignored.
Tom was excellent, he was very fair and generous with his time and his willingness to help us out by even lending us his gas bottle. We couldn't recommend Tom owner of Plumber & Reno Rat more, a good bloke, professional work and that very rare wonderful good old fashion service!
