Extremly good service from first telephone enquiry answered by Sophie, who booked surveyor Wayne to come and provide an estimate within two days, through to completion of instalation of new boiler, radiators and bathroom heated towel rail, all installed by Adam. A miscommunication ended with me being billed £117 unexpectedly. I thought a plumber was coming to quote for rectifying an issue we had, however, Plumbcraft billed me their call out fee plus first half hour and vat. Had it had been made clear, I would have questioned it and cleared the miscommunication up beforehand. They did email their price structure over, but I thought this was for if I went ahead with the work. After using Plumbcraft last year everything was fine. What a contrast to this year! The boiler was working perfectly before the service, After the service, we came home to no heating, The pressure on the boiler was low. I topped the pressure up, boiler still wouldn’t come on. Spoke to a lady at Plumbcraft who told us to try a few things. Still not working, Finally got it to come on by taking the thermostat and placing right next to the boiler, We now seem to have 2 problems, Pressure problem and connection issue between boil... read more
