Unfortunately our recent experience did not live up to work previously conducted by P Mcneilly from Plumbcraft. This time during annual service the engineer advised that a part was worn in the boiler and should be replaced. This was agreed and completed. He then said whilst servicing the tank a drip had started which he could not stop and required a part. We were advised the cost would be around £130 so agreed and did not seek alternative quotes. We had to pay £99 for the part before it was ordered and the engineer returned.... read more
We've used Plumbcraft since 2009. Amongst many other smaller jobs they've repaced a bathroom, claokroom and gas boiler during this time. We've always been very happy with the quality of the work and advice given. Just been to service our boiler - August 2026 - arrived on time and serviced our boiler - all good.
Fantastic service from design to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. Would thoroughly recommend PlumbCraft
