I was happy they were able to get the job done in a timely manner. I had them add drain and sewer line for new bathroom. It was pricey but was not able to take time and see what others would charge.
After 2 weeks of waiting and 4 stops from Roto-Rooter, not being able to shower, do laundry, or dishes. Derick and his technician came in and resolved our problem in 2.5 hours! They had all the equipment needed including a pump truck. Which was my biggest grief with Roto-Rooter is they kept passing the buck and we'd have to wait 3-4 days until another crew could show up. Derick showed urgency and empathy after I explained the Roto-Rooter situation. Thanks Derick! Plumbco is the best!!!
Radhika Schwartz My garbage disposal was clogged up..by word of mouth, I called Plumbco.. the plumber unclogged the disposal using a snake and then replaced a smal 4 inch PVC plastic piece under the sinkwhich probably cost $10, it took less than an hour. I was quoted $220 which I thought was to o much and then I got a bill for $378.. I told Plumbco I thought it was unfair and he gave me a talk about how plumbco is not the Mcdonalds of plumbing companies. LIke I need the Ritz Carlton for a simple fix in the disposal.
