I decided to upgrade our 20 year old EnSuite sinks. After removing our Grohe taps, I discovered some worn parts due to their age. Grohe Canada referred me to Plumbateria to access the parts. All I can say is that I would have been out of luck if it wasn't for Darren, Hai and all the professional staff. The original parts were discontinued and replaced with another kit. Just a shout out. Came into your store the other day and Hai Nguyen was very helpful in instructing me on how to fix my kitchen faucet line under my sink. It all came out well and his instructions were very helpful in allowing me to do the fix on my own, without the need to call out a plumber. Appreciate his time and his willingness to help out.
