Leaking Water Heater replacement. I called on a Saturday, they replaced it soonest available time Monday morning. They even tried to juggle around scheduling and do it Sunday, but couldn't . Bruno, their technician; was courteous, polite, on time, friendly and fully respectful of our home. I'm a Contractor myself, an Electrician. I inspected the work done, and it's on-spot perfect. I have used Plumb 365 many times over the years and once again they did an excellent job. The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful, and got me an appointment right away. Cameron came today and replaced the box behind the fridge for the water line and also checked the pipes under the sink for me. Service as always was excellent, and I will continue to call your company when the need arises and refer you to others.
