Had to replace the heating elements in my hot water heater. The bottom element was seized and I couldn’t break it loose. I called Plumb Wizards, late Thursday evening. They told me they would be out the next day between 11 and 1 and would text prior to arrival. I received a text the following day at 10:27 and Blake arrived at my house by 10:40. I recently had Plum Wizards come out to repair a spicket. The technician late and completed the job, but the experience left me frustrated overall. Initially, I was quoted $308 for a fairly basic repair after the job was done which felt extremely high for the work done. After expressing my concerns and pushing back, they reduced the charge to $262, which was slightly more reasonable but still felt overpriced.
