I recently had Plum Wizards come out to repair a spicket. The technician late and completed the job, but the experience left me frustrated overall. Initially, I was quoted $308 for a fairly basic repair after the job was done which felt extremely high for the work done. After expressing my concerns and pushing back, they reduced the charge to $262, which was slightly more reasonable but still felt overpriced.
