Was a 5 star until 6 month later when the boiler blocked because this clown had only done half for the required work for a service… useless

Terrible customer service (non existent customer service in fact). Does not answer and return messages. Had a boiler installed and had a an issue. Never returned to resolve the issue.

Called as an emergency plumber. Craig charged an extortionate amount and didn't even fix the issue. Called him later in the day to let him know his drain unblocker didn't work and he said he would come back to try something else but never did

Terrible service. Called Craig out to a leaking toilet in our Birmingham office, he came efficiently did not fix the leak. I rang Craig to pay he told me a completely different amount to what he quoted and then proceeded to take an extortionate amount of money from our account I have then been ringing for an invoice for over a month no response excuses every time. He doesn't answer phone calls and is very unprofessional. Do not use his services.
