Was led to believe was going to be under warranty and was NEVER told upfront only cash/e-transfer for job. Was on-site for an hour, HELPED them do their JOB and was way over charged ($350 service call) plus one part which was supposed to be under warranty. Wasn’t advised of change in plans and was never quoted for work in advance. Yet they went ahead with work without authorization. Honest and fair. Couldn't be happier with the work and service. First time we used Dave and Dave, hopefully we don't have to call too often, but when it's time for us to call I'd be happy to call these guys.
