Thoroughly impressed. I called Plumbtech to schedule a bid to replace a pressure tank in Seeley Lake. The receptionist, Laurel, checked their schedule and saw they already had a tech headed that way in a few days and offered a discount on the service call being that they already had someone scheduled to be in the area. They notified me with a reminder text the day before and also sent an 'on the way' message the day they were scheduled to be there. Pictures of the techs were included as an extra layer of safety.
