Terrible customer service, poorly organized company. It seems no one is on the same page. An item we purchased didn't work. It was covered under warranty so Plumb Supply said they would ship us a replacement at no charge. Later, our credit card was charged for this item without our knowledge nor authorization. When we contacted Plumb Supply we were told not to worry, our card would be refunded. When the refund never came, we contacted them again and were told by someone else that we needed to submit a warranty form in order ... read more
