On time, very professional and responded promptly. They solved a problem that I believed was going to be very expensive and require removing shower tile. It didn’t and the price was incredibly reasonable. I am very grateful to Nathan! Highly recommend PlumStar Plumbing!

My in-demand hot water heater was in dire need of de-scaling as our showers were no longer hot. Joanne set us up the very next day with Nathan, who was extremely professional and courteous, I’m always interested in how things work, and he patiently explained step by step what he was doing, so that made my day. He also spent extra time checking my other water outlets that had some scale buildup and slower flow. I now have lots of hot water and am ready for cold weather!!!
