James and his crew are the best, he has done many jobs for me and is always on time very good pricing and quality work. I have worked with numerous other plumbing companies and nothing compares to him and his crew. Highly recommend
House burnt down and we had to rebuild entire house. Plumb Solutions got the job per the contractors choice. Sloppy job the whole experience. Many appointments they didn't even show up. No call just a no show. They removed wall and door framing without permission. Installed a damage tub which I said to replace before installing. They installed anyways. Getting an appointment was easy and the scheduler was very professional and courteous. I have used this company twice and the Plumbers explained my problems in an understandable manner.They took photos under the crawl space before and after . They worked quickly and efficiently and seemed to enjoy the profession they choose! I would highly recommend them if you want a job well done.
After the discovery of a small leak on my very old water heater, I called to have it replaced. I spoke with Charice who was super helpful! She got me an appointment quickly and it was replaced in no time. Super friendly and helpful service! No problems now.
Had a pipe burst in my garage. In the middle of this cold snap, they were able to fit me in and complete the repair quickly. Austin was very professional, great communication. I would highly recommend Plumb Solutions.
