Terry and Damien came by after we could not get our sink to drain anymore. They handled our financial situation with care and gave us options, while being honest as to what each option does, the cost, and longevity estimate of each repair option. Interest free financing was also offered if/when we have to do a full flush out of the line. I felt comfortable that they were helping us get our moneys worth and we weren’t getting the run around.
Terry and Damien were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and resolved our clogged sink, running the snake down the pipes 2 more times after the first time didn’t work. I appreciate the work.
