Terry and Damian were professional and quick. We had 2 different jobs at 2 different houses and I was able to get immediate same day and next day appointments. They explained the issues by showing me the problems and gave me options and up front pricing on fixing the problems. They cleaned up after themselves and other than the problems being fixed and better, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Thank you for a speedy and clean job well done!

I called this morning to see if I could be squeezed in for a same day service for a water shut-off valve replacement in my kitchen. The plumb sheild team was great at communicating with me on a clear timeline of arrival. Terry and Damien did a quick and amazing job with changing out the valves and installing my new faucet. They were very polite and mindful of my space. I will for sure call them for any future plumbing updates around my house.
