I stopped by because they are in the plumbing business. I looked at the reviews - they seemed to be a good company. I brought a shower valve in thinking ( again ) this is what they do. The man at the counter appeared to be aggravated, as if I was bothering him. I took my part and left. I went to a place in Little River and was treated like a customer, the person was pleasant and I got what I needed. Plumb Rite is in my opinion is a joke and I think they should consider buying the parts counter guy a new attitude.
Water supply leak under house. Plumb Rite came same day, fixed the leak and cost was reasonable. Riley was out tech. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He also did not push products or things we did not need. Highly recommend Plumb Rite!

Trevor from Plumb Rite came out to our house on an emergency basis when we didn’t have any water and our grandchildren were visiting from out of town. He had to hand dig a three foot hole to find the problem. Turned out the county had cut our water line when they installed an irrigation meter and didn’t reattach it. We are very grateful for Plumb Rite’s prompt service on more than one occasion.
