I’ve been a loyal customer of this plumbing shop for over five years and have always had positive interactions with the staff, until recently. For the first time, I had an appalling experience with one particular staff member, Jaffar. Unfortunately, it’s not just me; I’ve heard from others who have had similar issues with him. During a recent visit, I was speaking with a client when Jaffar interrupted our conversation, despite it having nothing to do with him. Went in there today to go and get a sink drain gasket and they were all helpful. Were not plumbers, we are electricians, so had no clue what I was getting, but they pointed me in the right direction. And we sorted our leak out in my flat. Good quality parts as well. Thanks alot
