Josh came out today to fix some issues at my house. I had him replace 2 Delta shower ball valves, replaced an outdoor spigot, rebuild another outdoor spigot, replace the tank bolts and water supply to toilet, and replace the tub diverter. One Delta ball valve had to be cut out as the nut was fused. The diverter had to be cut off also. He did all this expertly and efficiently. The best part is he left no trace behind. I originally called about a water leak in a house that I am renavating in Loganville. The leak was pouring through the ceiling into the living room. Josh came out quickly and found the leak coming from a water pipe in the upstairs bathroom and repaired the leak. I was impressed with his work and felt like what he charged for the repair was very reasonable. I had him quote me on installing 3 toilets in the same house and gave him the job. We had a banging sound in our walls intermittently for about a week sometimes with nothing going on at all/sometime with water being turned on. I called Josh Clack on Monday and he said it sounded like the pressure valve and quoted a price. He came by Wednesday and although the pressure was an issue, he was not satisfied with just replacing the valve. Josh came out and saved us from a basement leak!! Great customer service and amazing work!! He was also able to get some leaky faucets replaced and back to working order in no time!! Highly recommended!! I will be calling Josh for all our plumbing needs!
