Paul, Devon and Robbie have been servicing our location for 10 years. Whether it's the hot water tank, a leaky faucet or issues with the water softner, they are quick to respond and find a solution.
Disappointed with our experience. I wasn’t home for the call but my wife was, and while pricing was discussed beforehand, I feel the charges were unreasonable for what was provided. We were charged for a service call as well as an unreasonably (in my opinion) large charge almost double the service charge amount for just cleaning and dusting the unit, which didn’t take very long. Unfortunately this left a bad taste for me and they have lost a customer. I am also a contractor and wouldn’t charge my clients this way.
These guys were able to diagnose my septic problem quickly and had it fixed without breaking the bank. Paul and his team are very knowledgeable and I’m very pleased with the work.
